Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions below.
- Rental Rates: All our car hire rantes include insurance, VAT, unlimited mileage and 2 drivers.
- Excess: up to £500.
- Driving Licence: In order to rent a car, the driver must have a valid national or international driving licence.
- Payment: Payment is accepted on arrival by major credit card or in GBP, EUR, USD, TL cash
- Car type: We will do our best to provide the specific car model you request but we cannot 100% guarantee. Cars are booked by group not specific model and are subject to availability.
- Fuel: Unlike standard car rental you won't need to fill up with fuel when returning the car. Leave the fuel as you find it. The fuel you leave in the tank is non-refundable.
- Minimum rental: 3 days.
- Minimum / Maximum Age Limitations: Minimum age requirement is 25. There is no maximum age limitation.
- Additional Drivers: There is no extra charge for the additional drivers. You can add as many drivers as you require.
- Child Car Seats: It can be provided free of charge upon request.
- Car Hire Insurance: Our cars are fully insured.
- Breakdown and Assistance Service: All our cars are fully insured. In order to benefit from this cover, you must make contact with us immediately after the occurrence of the breakdown. Telephone number can be found on the rental agreement. If the hirer is involved in an accident, we will endeavour to provide a replacement for unused days of the hire. If the hirer caused the accident NO replacement and No refund is provided. Our assistance service is available 24/7.
- Traffic Fines: Renter is responsible for the cost of all traffic fines and expenses incurred during the rental period.
